POY was created as a
free multidisciplinary forum for professionals who work
with youth to exchange viewpoints, research, and experiences
with others that strive toward a common goal: promoting
the well-being of youth.

is a free Internet Publication that is always developing
and expanding. POY publishes
between 2 and 4 Editions each year: a Winter Edition in
January; a Spring Edition in April; a Summer Edition in
July; and a Fall Edition in October; or combined Editions
of Winter/Spring in January and Summer/Fall in July. Sections
